My Services & Approach
Healing Paths
My Approach
My approach isn’t about “fixing” people—it’s about walking beside you with care, presence, and dignity. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and find clarity. Through deep listening, meaningful questions, and gentle guidance, I help you uncover your own next steps at a pace that feels right. Rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and faith-centered resilience, my work honors the truth that you are not broken—you are becoming. Every session is an invitation to feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you move toward healing and growth.
I offer four paths that meet you where you are: Walk & Talk Coaching (fresh air, gentle movement, honest conversation), Amānah Sessions (trust-centered check-ins and companionship, especially meaningful for elders), Seasons of Growth for teens (steady guidance, practical tools, doable routines), and Faith-Rooted Coaching (a spiritually grounded online program, by request). Whether you’re in transition, grieving, parenting solo, supporting a neurodivergent learner, or simply feeling stuck, these services are designed to steady you, lift you, and help you thrive.

Sometimes healing begins not with sitting still, but with movement. For many of us, being indoors or staring at a screen feels heavy—especially when we’re carrying stress, grief, or the fog of uncertainty. Walk & Talk Coaching offers a different way forward: combining the grounding presence of nature with the steady rhythm of walking, creating space for both body and mind to exhale.
As we walk side by side, conversation often unfolds with greater ease. The gentle pace, fresh air, and open sky invite honesty, reflection, and clarity in ways that traditional office settings sometimes cannot. These sessions aren’t about speed or distance—they’re about presence. Each step becomes part of the process, a reminder that growth doesn’t have to happen in one leap but can unfold steadily, one stride at a time.
Who is this for?
Walk & Talk sessions are especially supportive if you are:Feeling stuck, heavy, or unsure about your next step
Navigating transitions such as divorce, grief, career changes, or parenting shifts
Struggling with stress, anxiety, or screen fatigue
Wanting to reconnect with your body, faith, and sense of self
Longing for a safe, compassionate space that feels more natural than a desk or office
What to expect:
A welcoming check-in to ground and set intentions
A guided walk tailored to your comfort level (whether slow and reflective or gently energizing)
Reflective dialogue that helps you process, release, and reframe
Mindful practices woven in—such as grounding breath, simple stretches, or quiet pauses in nature
A closing moment of reflection so you leave lighter, clearer, and more at peace
Benefits you may notice:
Relief from stress and mental fog
Greater clarity about your thoughts, decisions, or direction
A renewed connection between body, mind, and spirit
The soothing effect of nature and movement on your nervous system
A sense of being accompanied rather than walking through struggles alone
Walk & Talk Coaching is an invitation: to step outside, reconnect with yourself, and move—physically and emotionally—toward a new season of growth.

Trust-Centered Companionship
Being remembered is healing. Amānah (Arabic for “trust”) is the heart of these sessions: a steady, compassionate space where you’re not rushed or fixed, but witnessed with dignity. Format options: phone or video; in-person if local (seated, outdoors, or a short, easy walk—always at your pace)
Between-session support (optional): a short weekly reminder or reflection prompt, check ins and reminders, plus an Amānah Journal where we collect key insights over time

Teen Mentoring (Ages 12–18)
Because finding your way doesn’t have to be lonely. These sessions are designed for teens who feel stuck, weighed down, or disconnected—especially those who haven’t felt helped by traditional therapy settings. We focus on steady guidance, honest conversation, and practical tools so teens feel less lost and more confident taking their next steps. Along the way, we make space for fresh starts—releasing stress, recovering from setbacks, and discovering new ways to move forward with resilience and hope.

Teens experiencing screen fatigue, perfectionism, or avoidance who want doable routines and support
Caregivers seeking values-aligned, dignity-centered support for their teen (with the teen’s consent and appropriate boundaries)

Warm intake & alignment: brief caregiver/teen intake to set goals and boundaries; privacy is respected while maintaining appropriate safety communication
Gentle grounding: short check-in, breath, or body-based settling to arrive

Practical tools: values-based goal setting, emotion regulation skills, communication scripts, time/energy planning, and simple nervous-system resets
Micro-steps & accountability: 1–2 tiny next steps each week, with compassionate follow-through
Format options: video or phone; in-person if local (seated indoors, or a Walk & Talk option for teens who think best while moving)
Between-session support (light): short reminders or reflection prompts; optional progress tracker or “wins list”
Caregiver partnership (optional): brief monthly alignment check-in focused on process and support strategies—not private teen content, unless the teen consents or safety requires it
